Located on the outskirts of Bega, The Glen is the latest retirement village offering from Sapphire Coast Community Aged Care.
Expected to be completed in 2023, The Glen will have a selection of 42 two- and three-bedroom, single-storey villas. Each villa has its own garage, internal access, reverse cycle air-conditioning and quality fixtures, fittings and appliances.
Living at The Glen, residents can create their own community with like-minded people and enjoy a variety of community spaces with their neighbours, friends and visiting family.
Located on 2.5 hectares, with easy access to Bega’s town centre and healthcare facilities, The Glen will retain a wholesome, peaceful, country feel with some parts of the new village overlooking farmland.
At the centre of our new village is the community hall – the place where it all happens. The hall has a fully equipped kitchen for social events, opening onto a covered terrace with alfresco seating and BBQ areas. In the village there is also a library, a meeting room and an area for carpet bowls.
Residents will experience easier, lower maintenance living, while enjoying a community environment and friendly support structure.
The Glen offers maintenance services – from which you can choose as many – or as few – as you wish. You can decide to look after your villa and garden yourself or get some assistance.
