Registered Nurses

Essential skills, qualifications and requirements

  • Division One Registered Nurse, with current AHPRA registration
  • Flexible availability – able to work a rotating roster including morning afternoon and night shifts
  • Commitment to contemporary aged care practice with an understanding of the principles of person-centred care and dementia practice
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literacy

Desired skills

  • Experience in a clinical leadership role including infection control, quality assurance, education and training
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and mentor staff to provide quality care outcomes for residents
  • Sound knowledge of ACFI and experience in resident assessment and care planning

  • Proof of current influenza and COVID-19 vaccination
  • Police check will be undertaken as part of the recruitment process

Enrolled Nurses

Essential skills, qualifications and requirements

  • Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, registered with APHRA
  • Experience in aged care will be an added advantage
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Able to work collaboratively, communicate effectively and establish positive relationships with clients, co-workers, and referring doctors
  • Ability to prioritse workload in a busy environment and work effectively under pressure
  • First Aid certificate

Personal Care Assistants

Essential skills, qualifications and requirements

  • Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, or willing to obtain
  • A genuine respect for the Aged
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal skills, and friendly demeanour
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a busy team environment
  • Reliable, flexible and proactive in your approach to work and dedication in providing exceptional care
  • Computer skills
