Registered Nurses
Essential skills, qualifications and requirements
- Division One Registered Nurse, with current AHPRA registration
- Flexible availability – able to work a rotating roster including morning afternoon and night shifts
- Commitment to contemporary aged care practice with an understanding of the principles of person-centred care and dementia practice
- Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literacy
Desired skills
- Experience in a clinical leadership role including infection control, quality assurance, education and training
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and mentor staff to provide quality care outcomes for residents
- Sound knowledge of ACFI and experience in resident assessment and care planning
Other requirements
- Proof of current influenza and COVID-19 vaccination
- Police check will be undertaken as part of the recruitment process
Enrolled Nurses
Essential skills, qualifications and requirements
- Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, registered with APHRA
- Experience in aged care will be an added advantage
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to work collaboratively, communicate effectively and establish positive relationships with clients, co-workers, and referring doctors
- Ability to prioritse workload in a busy environment and work effectively under pressure
- First Aid certificate

Personal Care Assistants
Essential skills, qualifications and requirements
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, or willing to obtain
- A genuine respect for the Aged
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal skills, and friendly demeanour
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a busy team environment
- Reliable, flexible and proactive in your approach to work and dedication in providing exceptional care
- Computer skills
