- Casuarina comprises of four main houses (wings) set out butterfly shaped from the centre of the building on two levels.
- Each level has a lounge and separate dining area.
- There are 31 individual suites, 4 of which have been specifically designed for people with disabilities.
- 5 of the suites have interconnecting doors for couples.
- Each house has shared facilities such as laundry and drying lines, courtyard, car spaces.
- Living at Casuarina offers assistance depending on your personal needs.
- The staff provide security, privacy and dignity within a caring community.
